Winners were selected based on how employees responded to an anonymous online survey with 37 questions on topics including teamwork, job satisfaction and benefits. Approximately 4,750 workers responded to the survey. A third-party company gathered the data for the OBJ and used a proprietary formula to rank companies based on employee feedback about their satisfaction within their workplace.
