Teaming Up For the RMH

Armed with the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida New Mom Care Packages and general wish lists, the GBC at IDS broke into teams and headed into our favorite stores. Two teams of two employees each were assigned to buy items for the RMH, a local “home-away-from-home” for parents and families of children receiving medical care at nearby hospitals, ranging from shower liners to hand sanitizer to umbrellas to snacks and stationary. Three other teams put together care packages for brand new mothers staying at the RMH, including newborn onesies, wipes, journals and bibs.
The GBC got together over lunch to assemble the packages and prepare them to be brought to the RMH for residents to use. It was fun to see how each duo spent the money! Check out our pics for a look at all the goodies:
