Lexipol is a policy and training platform for public safety and local government with a suite of services dedicated to reducing risk and improving personnel safety.
These services encompass policies, training, funding assistance, and news and analysis, including the online digital communities PoliceOne, FireRescue1, EMS1, CorrectionsOne and EfficientGov.
View and import your policy manual from the Lexipol Knowledge Management System into your PowerDMS site.
Receive notifications of policy updates in PowerDMS when you publish updates to your policy manual in the Lexipol Knowledge Management System
Lexipol and PowerDMS are pleased to be able to offer an integration that allows Lexipol customers to access their policy manual in their PowerDMS site.
To activate the integration please complete the following form. Once this form is completed, please watch for an email from PowerDMS asking you to accept an invitation from Lexipol to view your manual in your PowerDMS site.
Once you accept the invitation and login, you will be able to import your policy manual either by individual document into an existing folder structure, or in bulk to instantly replicate your Lexipol policy manual in PowerDMS.
After the integration is activated, when you publish updates to your manual in the Lexipol Knowledge Management System you will be able to see those updates in your PowerDMS site and have the option to import them as new draft or published versions.
*If you don’t know your agency’s PowerDMS Site ID, it is located in the drop-down menu when you hover your cursor over “Welcome, Name” in the upper right corner of your PowerDMS site.
**The contact person must be an administrative user in PowerDMS with rights to create documents in PowerDMS to be able to import your policy manual from Lexipol.
