At the International Association of Chiefs of Police Conference in Philadelphia, PowerDMS, the industry pioneer in policy and training technologies, releases the findings of its second annual State of Policy in Law Enforcement Study. More than 340 law enforcement professionals from 46 states took part in a survey to learn about the problems that are shaping policy and training patterns in an ever-changing society, as well as how agencies are dealing with it.
