The Orlando-based tech company, which raised $5 million in venture capital in April, is close to signing a lease for a new downtown Orlando office ranging from 12,000 to 18,000 square feet, and plans to hire 65 new employees with an average salary of $84,672 over the next three years. PowerDMS, a cloud-based document management company that serves high-reliability sectors like law enforcement and health care, received $650,000 in state and local grants in April to help it build the new jobs.
