Yes. With PowerDMS, the security model is set by the customer, so you have total control over who can access the information in your PowerDMS site. Users/Groups/Roles can be assigned rights including View only, Audit (reporting), and Edit. Levels of access are defined by your site administrators.
Can I provision users from Active Directory?
Yes. Our PowerDMS Sync tool can read in and provision users from your Active Directory setup and can be set to run on a scheduled basis.
Does PowerDMS allow accessibility by users outside my organization?
Yes. Outside parties can be granted access to view any or all content within PowerDMS, but they would need a license.
