El Segundo, Calif. (Sep. 2, 2026) - The American Correctional Association (ACA) and PowerDMS by NEOGOV today announced an expanded partnership designed to make it easier for correctional organizations to digitally manage the ACA accreditation process.
Through this partnership, PowerDMS by NEOGOV’s accreditation management software, PowerStandards, is now available directly through ACA as the “ACA Digital Accreditation Management Tool by PowerDMS by NEOGOV.”
This allows correctional organizations to include PowerStandards on their ACA accreditation contract, giving them one purchasing path for ACA accreditation and the digital tools used to organize documentation, track progress and support audit readiness throughout the three-year accreditation cycle.
Many correctional agencies have built successful accreditation programs using paper files, binders, spreadsheets, and shared electronic records. As accreditation requirements grow and collaboration across departments becomes increasingly important, some organizations choose to complement these traditional methods with a more centralized approach.
PowerStandards provides a secure, user-friendly platform that helps teams organize documentation, monitor progress in real time, and prepare for audits more efficiently.
